Kids Rooms that Wow

I was looking up ideas for the final touches for my son's room when I came across a post on Outrageous Kids Bedrooms. I have a boy so this first one looks like something he would eventually love to have (he's only 15 months right now).

The detail on the tree is amazing - not to mention having your own clubhouse inside your room. Then check out the princess bed below. What little girl wouldn't love a bed with it's own castle?

Check out more rooms here.

Painting Vases

I saw this on Pintrest a little while ago and thought it was a good idea.

I have a plain clear vase just like the one shown in the first picture, middle section that I got while I was in the hospital when my son was born. I still have the vase, but never use it. Yet I haven't gotten rid of it either- it just seems a little special.

Instead of sitting in the closet collecting dust, I may try this idea and see how it turns out. And then if I have a second baby, I could add to the collection. :)

Can't Help But Smile :)

I've made it a goal to make sure I take lots of photos of my little boy from now on. Don't get me wrong, I've taken some each month, but I want to make sure I get all the photos I will want. He's already growing up so fast, as I have always heard they do. :)

Here are some pics we took today. He's so funny sometimes, you can't help but smile when he gives his big huge smiles.

Theme Parks Pictures

I am starting on a few new projects. I'm looking into more interior design ideas, crafting ideas for my toddler, and taking more pictures. I have been feeling the creative bug lately, and I must get to work!

I've always loved photography. I took a class at a community college right out of high school. It was the best class ever! I loved it so much and got to develop my own pictures and everything! I really wish I would have taken more.

It's been a while since that class, but I still love taking pictures and have had nice Nikon cameras since. I got stuck on Nikon and haven't ever changed. :)

I just posted my first couple of pictures I took at the Orlando theme parks up on Etsy. Yikes! I'm totally new to Etsy- just learned about it a few days ago actually.

I don't know how it's going to go, but here are the pictures I put up so far:

I hope to not only put up more pictures, but also work on other projects as well. It's time to start being creative!
